DONEGREAGH MILKY BAR KID AND BRONAGH MCPARLAND. 

Bronagh and the Kid also qualified for the ICCPS Final and Powers Quarry Final.

We are all chuffed to bits with them !

Our 5 y-o Thunder Storm mare, Thunderbird ( Thora ) has foaled to Gowna Bay,

 who stands near Loch Gowna in Co.Cavan with Paul Moffatt. The photo above shows her

with him last year, with her filly, Freya, at foot.

Gowna Bay, like Thora, has Thunderbolt ( S 178 ) as grandsire, so the foal has 25% of it's genes from Thunderbolt - making her genetically his  granddaughter. 

With the remaining sons of Thunderbolt being rather aged and lacking in fertility, this is a

deliberate step back in time.  It would be nice if we could use the Tardis, wouldn't it ?
